you'd think, right? but there were actually only 7 humans who ever turned up underground after the war. and they all said the same sorta thing. 'you'd think people'd know'. but in a way, you do. it's just overly fictionalized and scarier-sounding than it actually is. propaganda. so. i dunno. could be, could not be.
